We categorize our staff requirements into four main streams including:

• Cooks – We are actively recruiting for cooks for the 2025 season.  Must have reasonable experience in both a short order or line cook environment and banquet preparation.  Must possess or be able to acquire both a Safe Food Handlers Certification and Smart Serve Certifications.
• Food and Beverage – To work in the snack bar, kitchen, assist with event set-up, food prep, operation and clean-up, food and beverage service both in the Clubhouse and on Course.   Must be legal to serve alcohol and either in possession or capable of obtaining Smart Serve Certification.
• Golf Services – To work in the Pro-Shop welcoming guests, selling greenfees, booking tee times and other activities as assigned on a day to day basis.  Must be energetic, a self-starter, able to multi-task and have cash handling experience.  As this person also does overload in the Food and Beverage area, must be of legal age to sell alcohol and either in possession or capable of obtaining their Smart Serve Certification
• Course Maintenance – Assist with all facits of maintaining the golf course.  Special consideration will be given to those with a valid pesticide application license and familiar with IPM practices and / or irrigation maintenance and repair techniques.

Applicants must be available to work on a seven day a week shift rotation, either an early, mid-day or late day shift and be available to work through to the end of October.
